1. Eligible Dispute Cases

We accept disputes under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a defect.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing.
  • Delayed Shipping: If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe and tracking isn’t updated.

Note: We cannot accept disputes due to change of mind. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

2. How to Open a Dispute

To start a dispute, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@highendfrau.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
  2. We Review: Our team will review your case and may request additional information.
  3. Resolution: If approved, we’ll offer a solution such as a replacement, refund, or discount.

Note: Disputes submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible.

3. Return Process

If a return is approved, please follow these steps:

  1. Get Authorization: All returns require authorization. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
  2. Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless it’s a shipping error or defect.
  3. Condition: Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
4. Refunds

We process refunds as follows:

  • Full Refunds: Granted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if items are returned in non-original condition.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
